What is hypoallergenic jewelry?
Some people are very sensitive to different materials and metals. Not all children have these sensitivities but some children develop them over time.

Most jewelry allergies result from nickel in the metal, which is the most common allergy sensitivity for jewelry. We at A Touch of Dazzle send all of our children's jewelry to an independent laboratory to test for levels of Nickel, Lead and Cadmium in our jewelry. Only jewelry that passes is jewelry that we sell to you.

Some children are not allergic to metals now, but can develop a sensitivity with repeated exposure, which is why we are careful to produce nickel free jewelry. We are moms, we care about our daughters and yours.

Why should I worry about lead, cadmium and nickel in children's jewelry

 

As parents we will do anything to keep our children safe. Buy the healthiest food, childproof our homes and lobby for safe products and a safe environment. Jewelry is one of those areas where we sometimes forget how dangerous it could be.

I started a Touch of Dazzle because I love the smiles that come from receiving and wearing beautiful things. Jewelry has that special way of making you smile.

Developing A Touch of Dazzle jewelry means complying with the many regulations from the USA government designed to keep our children safe. It means sending our jewelry to independent laboratories and testing them for safety compliance of lead, cadmium and nickel. Please read more about it in this informative article.

 

How can I track my order?
You will be sent a confirmation email once your order is placed along with your shipping tracking link. Be sure to add our email info@atouchofdazzle to your primary or updates tab so you are sure to receive the emails. You can log into your account at any point and check the status of your order.

 

I changed my mind, how can I change or cancel my order?
It happens! Please email us to determine if your order can be changed or canceled.

Do you Ship to Canada?
Yes we do! We ship to Canada for a flat rate of $10 for standard retail orders.

 

Can I send my order to a P.O. Box address?
Yes, of course you can! Feel free to use a P.O. Box as your shipping address.

 

How fast can I receive my order?
Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. We ship via USPS and the orders ship within 24 hours of the order being place Monday thru Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped by end of day Monday.

Priority Mail is shipped via USPS within 24 hours of the order being placed. USPS Priority mail is generally 2-3 day shipment time although it is not guaranteed.

2-Day shipping ships within 24 hours of the order being placed Monday thru Friday. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

 

Can I track my order?
Definitely! You should have received the tracking details in your order confirmation email. Check your spam folder, and be sure to add info@atouchofdazzle to your contacts so you do not miss an update!
If not, shoot us an email or give us a ring and we can figure it out as soon as possible.

 

My order has not arrived, or has arrived damaged. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that! Please email us asap so we can quickly resolve the issue.

 

How do I use my coupon/promo code?
Once you reach your Cart you may enter your coupon or promo code in the Discount field. The discount will then be applied.

 

Can I use more than one coupon/promo code?
Unfortunately, coupons or promo codes are currently limited to one code per order.

 

How can I pay?
You can pay with PayPal, Amazon Pay, and with all major credit cards (Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex).

 

When will I be charged for my purchase?
You will be charged for your purchase as soon as you complete your order.

 

My payment was declined. What happened?
Please ensure that your billing address, security code and expiration dates are all correct.

 

How can I return something to you?
Please contact us with your return request. If the order is eligible for return, we will send you a shipping label and return slip. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

What is your return policy?
All regular priced items and items marked sale may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

I received a gift and want to return it, what do I need to do?
Your gift receipt may be used for your return and we will issue store credit to A Touch of Dazzle in exchange for your gift return.

 

How can I use my store credit?
Store credit may be used toward any purchase at A Touch of Dazzle. Simply enter your code in the Discount field at checkout. The credit will then be applied to your purchase.
Store credit may not be exchanged for cash value.

 

The item I want is out of stock. Will you be getting more?
We try to carry as much great merchandise as possible, but sometimes things sell out quick! Feel free to contact us, but unfortunately we may not be able to give you specific details besides low, medium, or high inventory on any given item.

You have the option to shop as a guest and to create an account if you choose.

We hope you love our jewelry as much as we do! However, fashion jewelry isn't meant to be worn 24/7.
To ensure that your jewelry remains sparkly and beautiful for as long as possible, avoid contact with liquids, perfumes, lotions, and perspiration as they will dull your pieces and cause them to wear quickly. Treat your jewels with love and care and they will keep sparkling for you!
