Returns:
We stand behind each one of our products. Returns are always accepted within 30 days of purchase. Past the 30 days if you are experiencing issues with your product please contact us and we will do our best to work with you. You may still submit a return request past 30 days but the best way would be to contact us directly: info@atouchofdazzle.com or 1-888-830-7242.

Returns do not apply on the following items:
1) Items that show obvious signs of use (this will be determined according to our discretion)

2) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

3) Sale Items:
Unfortunately, sale items are not returnable. However, we encourage you to purchase them as they are amazing once in a lifetime deals!

Shipping:
To return your product either navigate to your account and click the link 'Submit Returns Here' or on the bottom of any page of our website click the link 'Returns'
Copy the order # from your invoice (or account detail page) and enter the email address linked with your account.
Follow the instructions on the next page and we will respond to your return request in 1-3 business days.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return and you may contact him/her to receive the gift card.
